Cancellation, Make-Up Classes and Other Policies
Policies for Small Group Sessions
Cancellation Fee — Students who cancel their registration within 30 days of the first class date will be charged an additional $100 cancellation fee. Students who cancel their enrollment once their session is underway will be refunded $100.
‘Make-Up’ Class Policy – Our program is structured so that students will complete four or five practice ACTs (depending on their academic year) and review their errors prior to their ACT test date. If a student is unable to attend his or her scheduled class, we will schedule a time to meet in person or virtually to ensure he or she gets the full complement of test reviews for the session.
Score Improvement — After completing and reviewing four or five complete ACTs, our students are ready to achieve an ACT test score that fully reflects their academic abilities. Our students’ final practice test scores highly correlate to their exam day results. Those students who have completed their practice tests and whose exam day score varies by more than one point relative to their last practice test score may continue with extra tutoring for no additional fee. Students who have completed their practice tests at home (following our instructions, timed and scored by a parent), attended all tutorials, and did not see an improvement on their exam day composite score relative to their baseline score may continue with additional tutoring at no charge.
Ready to get started?
On average, our students gain 3-4 ACT composite points during our 6-week ACT Ready program.
